In this section you will find the most commonly asked questions.

1. The easiest and best way to get a quotation is with our BOOKING ON LINE: search your preferred period and the system will show you all the accommodations available, the total amount and the services included. Choose the best solution for you and make your booking at the best price with the guarantee of a secure and confidential payment with credit card.

2. E-mail: fill in the form and ask for your quotation. We receive a lot of emails in a day, usually we answer in 48 hours.

3. At the phone: this is the fastest way, we will give to you availability and prices. Our Team is always ready to help you to choose the best solution for you!

Important: quotations are non-binding offers: any reservation is made yet. Accommodations remain on free sale until we receive a definitive request of booking from you. We don't do "reservations in option".

- ON LINE from our web site, a credit card is needed as guarantee

- EMAIL if you already have our quotation, you can reply to our email and ask to book: we will proceed with the reservation (in case of last availability, we suggest you to call us at the phone as soon as possible)

Within 48 hours after booking, our system will send you an email with a link to create your personal account. Choose a username and a password and agree with privacy policies. In your personal area you will be able to control the reservation status, make payments, read the correspondence with our Team. The booking has an expiry date, to confirm the reservation we will need a down payment that consists of 50% of the total amount for accommodations and € 150,00 for camping pitches. Village policies don’t recognize the “reservation in option”.

Is it possible to change your reservation (arrival/departure dates or type of accommodation) up to 30 day before your planned arrival. Changes are subjected to availability. Every change has a cost: € 50,00.

We will accept only written cancellations (you can send us an email, a fax or a letter). Please, specify your booking number. For further information please visit the page cancellation policy.

Your reservation will be confirmed as soon as we receive the down payment (Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code, caparra confirmatoria). In case of non-payment within the expiry date as written in the booking letter, the reservation will be cancelled. To control the status of your reservation or to make a credit card payment you can use "My Account".

DOWN PAYMENTS can be done using one of these methods:

• Bank transfer, you  will find information about bank on your booking letter (on My Account, section "Your correspondence with Village"). Transaction fees charged by bank must be paid by you and should not be deducted from the requested amount. It is very important to specify the reservation number in the “Reason for payment” field: booking n. [xx]

• Credit card (Visa or Mastercard) making the login on your personal account "My account"

BALANCE PAYMENTS
You can pay the balance of your stay before your arrival, with the methods described above, or upon arrival, not later than 24 hours after check-in.
Italian law (DL 201/2011) allows payments with cash only for amounts lower than € 2.999,99 for each reservation. For higher amounts you can use electronic payment systems, credit cards allowed are Maestro, Mastercard, Cartasi, Eurocard, Visa.
Checks are NOT accepted.

You can add, change or remove optional services up to 7 day before your planned arrival. This can help us to better organize services and make your holidays more comfortable. For example, you can ask for full board, add the Formula Vacanza Serena package, reserve your personal sun umbrella in the first rows on the beach and many other things. How to do it? You can call us at the phone or write us an email, we will need your reservation number.

“My Account” is your personal area on our web site, created to let you manage your reservations in an easy way. You will be able to pay your stay with credit card, read or download your quotation and confirmation letters, save your time making the check-in online (vai alla sezione) . Enter your personal area from HERE.
At the first access you need to create your account with a Username and a Password decided by you.
You can reset your password with the button “Password forgotten?”.

Save your time the arrival day: a few days before your holiday starts, make the check-in online. Enter your personal area My Account and register all participants. This will facilitate the registration practice.

The damage deposit is required for all types of accommodation (not for camping pitches). During the check-in we will ask you to give us € 100,00 in cash or with credit card. The departure day, before you leave, our staff will inspect the accommodation. If any damage has been reported, you will have your money back.

The damage deposit made with CREDIT CARD will allow you, on the departure day, to deliver the accommodation keys at the Reception and LEAVE the resort WITHOUT WAITING for our staff to CONTROL the house for damages.
The credit card transaction is a pre-authorization hold, no money will be withdrawn. The amount is placed on hold and removed from your available balance in a couple of days after your check-out.

We kindly ask our guests to report immediately any broken or damaged articles founded in accommodation, we will accept notifications up to 12 hours after arrival.

The Reception is open from 8:00 till 23:00 (all day opening).

Camping Area gates are open from 7:00 till 23:00. In the afternoon we have a silence pause, from 13:00 till 15:00. During these pause no vehicles can enter or exit. We kindly remember that you should always avoid activities that can disturb other guests. During the Silence Times it is important to keep the high level of quiet possible.

ACCESS TO VILLAS - MOBILHOMES - APARTMENTS
Key delivery for any accommodation is guaranteed from 4.30 pm but you can arrive at any time you want. We suggest you to make the check-in as soon as you arrive in the resort: the beach service, swimming pools and car parking are available from 10:00. 

ACCESS TO CAMPING PITCHES
Pitches are available from 11:00 o’clock.

As soon as you arrive you can refer to the main reception to make the check-in. We will ask you:

- Identity cards or passports of ALL guests

- The confirmation letter with the booking number (you can show the letter from your smartphone)

- The car plate number of the vehicle that will park inside the resort

- The DAMAGE DEPOSIT of € 100,00 with credit card (Visa or Masterclass) for each accommodation booked (pitches are excluded). The credit card transaction is a pre-authorization hold, no money will be withdrawn. The amount is placed on hold and removed from your available balance in a couple of days after your check-out.
A cash deposit is also possible, but the credit card solution will allow you, on the departure day, to deliver the accommodation keys at the Reception and leave the resort without waiting for our staff to control the house for damages.

After the check-in, you’ll receive our resort bracelets, a check-in document with all information about your stay, the Wi-Fi password, the parking coupon for your car, the number of your sun umbrella on the beach (if included in your booking) and the accommodation key if already available (guaranteed after 16:30).

In case of evening / night arrival, is possible to get the keys to your accommodation at the Concierge, open 24h / 24h. You will be asked: identity documents or passports of ALL guests, confirmation letter with the booking number (you can also show the letter from your smartphone), the car plate number, damage deposit of € 100,00 (only in cash). The day after, we ask you to come at the Reception to finish the check-in.
Also, kindly note that entrance to camping/mobilehomes area (close to the beach) is allowed till 23:00 o' clock. If you plan to arrive later as the closing time, you will be able to park your car inside the village, in the parking lot (service upon availability). Campers and trailers/roulottes can park during the night in the camping pitch type B, if available. The area with villas has no entrance limitations.
If you arrive earlier than expected by your reservation, a supplement for parking will be charged. 

Accommodation and parking must be left before 10:00 o’ clock.

Camping pitch must be left before 11:00 o’ clock. Camping Guests are always required to do the check-out at the Reception, bracelets and car pass will be held.

If you are planning to leave early in the morning or during the night (when the Reception is closed, from 20:00 till 8:00 o’ clock), we kindly ask you to inform our reception staff 24 hours before. Our staff will explain you how to proceed. Important notice: camping gates are closed from 23:00 till 7:00 o’ clock. You need to park your car outside the gates. The damage deposit will be refunded soon after the inspection. Inspection can be made at any time during the night.

Pets are welcome in our resort. We suggest you to read this page for some useful information.

The resort offers you a variety of services that will make your holiday a truly unique experience. You will find a bazar and a well-stocked supermarket, two restaurants and four cafeterias, a coin laundry, a car wash, a cinema and a theatre for the evening entertainment, playgrounds and mini club for kids. Guests have always free entrance to beach and pools and can rent sun umbrellas and sun beds.

The VTI CARD is a rechargeable virtual credit card that allows you to forget coins and money while you are spending your holidays with us. Charge it at the reception at the beginning of your stay or any time you want and take advantage of the Village’s catering services (supermarket and bazaar are excluded). Using the card is free of charge, ask at the reception.

We care about families’ needs, that’s why we thought of some special services that will make their holiday more comfortable and make them feel like at home. Our camping toilettes are built with a special area for kids and are all equipped with changing tables. You can have a bedrail guard for free and at the restaurant ask for children’s chairs. A special package is available: with only € 50,00 at one-time you can have 1 baby cot, 1 high chair for meals, 1 bottle warmer. Daily rent of a stroller is € 1,50. Ask at the reception staff at the check-in time.

Our resort joins the project "Alimentazione Fuori Casa" (Eating Out) realized by the AIC - Italian Celiac Association. Our Restaurant "Al Villaggio" is certified by the AIC to meet the needs of all celiac guests. Our menus are custom-made, with high quality products, prepared using kitchenware, home appliances and countertops strictly free from any possible source of contamination: be healthy and feel free to taste your meal! Who should you speak to? We suggest you to inform our reception staff at least one week before your arrival, this gives us the opportunity to better organize your meals.
